Si873x Digital Isolators
Silicon Labs Si873x Digital Isolators are pin-compatible, single-channel, drop-in replacements for popular optocouplers with data rates up to 15Mbps. These devices isolate high-speed digital signals and offer performance, reliability, and flexibility advantages. The Si873x isolators are based on CMOS isolation technology for low-power and high-speed operation. These digital isolators offer longer service life and dramatically high reliability compared to optocouplers. Applications include test and measurement equipment, industrial automation systems, isolated data acquisition, and isolated Switch Mode Power Supplies (SMPS).
