Everything corresponds to the description. The seller sent the goods quickly. The goods came in less than 3 weeks.Technical ability to check the capacitance value is not, but the capacitors are charged for a really long time. Charged in pairs. Used to charge several aa ni-zn batteries 1.6 v and li-pol 1.5 v in different discharge state. In order to avoid problems did not submit more than 2*2.7 v. More than up to 2 v/1 capacitor charging during the check time was not enough patience. With voltage differences on batteries and capacitors less than 1 v, the voltage growth at the latter almost stops. Current did not measure. After an hour or two, the multimeter already shows 0.3-0.6 v less than it was immediately after charging.
