PF3001 Power Management ICs
NXP PF3001 Power Management ICs (PMIC) are designed specifically for always ON applications with NXP i.Mx7 and i.MX6 SoloLite/SoloX/UltraLite processors. These ICs provide power for a complete system including applications processors, memory, and system peripherals. The PF3001 features three adjustable high-frequency buck converters, six adjustable general purpose linear regulators, and a coin cell charger. These PMICs operate within 2.8V to 4.5V or 3.7V to 5.5V input voltage and operates at -40ºC to 125ºC junction temperature. Typical applications include set-top boxes, industrial control, medical monitoring, home automation, security, and energy management.
