FND42060F2 Intelligent Power Module
ON Semiconductor FND42060F2 Intelligent Power Module (IPM) is a highly-integrated single chip inverter solution for motion control. The FND42060F2 IPM combines Low-Loss Short-Circuit Rated IGBTs (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistors) and Optimized Gate Drivers in a compact, fully-isolated package. System reliability is enhanced by the built-in NTC (Negative Temperature Coefficient) Thermistor for temperrature monitoring, integrated under-voltage lock-out function for both high and low side, and an over-current protection input. The device also features built-in Bootstrap Diodes and dedicated VS pins, simplifying PCB layout.
