SMF4L-Q Transient Voltage Suppressor Diodes
Bourns® SMF4L-Q Transient Voltage Suppressor Diodes are ideal for surge and ESD protection applications all in a compact chip package SOD-123FL size format. The AEC-Q101 compliant transient voltage suppressor components offer a choice of working peak reverse voltage from 12V up to 58V. Typical fast response times are less than 1.0 picosecond from 0V to breakdown voltage. Other features include a -55°C to +150°C operating and storage temperature, power dissipation of 400W, and a 50A peak forward surge current. Bourns® Chip Diodes conform to JEDEC standards, are easy to handle with standard pick and place equipment, and the flat configuration minimizes roll away.
