PMEG Series Schottky Rectifiers
Nexperia PMEG Series Schottky Rectifiers are planar maximum efficiency general application (MEGA) Schottky barrier rectifiers with an integrated guard ring for stress protection. The PMEG Series are available in a DFN0603-2 (SOD972E) leadless ultra small Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) package. The Schottky Rectifiers feature an average forward current of 0.1A, a low leakage current, and a reverse voltage VR ≤ 30V. The PMEG Series provide usage in a wide variety of applications including high efficiency DC-to-DC conversion, switch mode power supply, and LED backlight for mobile applications.
