FM24V01A 128-Kbit Serial (I²C) F-RAM
Cypress Semiconductor FM24V01A 128-Kbit Serial (I²C) F-RAM is a nonvolatile memory that uses a highly advanced ferroelectric process. FM24V01A is similar to a RAM in performance and consumes less power. F-RAM provides data retention for 151 years and provides write operations at high speed. These are ideal for nonvolatile memory applications that require frequent or rapid writes. FM24V01A is capable of supporting 100 million times more write cycles than EEPROM. It has a fast two-wire serial interface (I²C) that supports legacy timings for 100kHz and 400kHz.
