TQP3M9036/39/40 LNAs - Expansion
Qorvo TQP3M9036 / TQP3M9039 / TQP3M9040 Low-Noise Amplifiers (LNAs) are the latest addition to the TQP3M90 series of LNAs. These Qorvo LNAs have very low noise figure and are made for 3G/4G wireless infrastructure and base-station tranceivers / receivers. At 0.9 GHz, TQP3M9036 typically provides 19dB gain, +35dBm OIP3, and 0.45dB noise figure while drawing 65mA current from a 5V supply.  At 0.9 GHz, TQP3M9039 dual LNA typically provides 19dB gain, +35dBm OIP3, and 0.45dB noise figure while drawing 65mA current from a 5V supply. TriQuint offers a wide variety of discrete transistor components using TriQuint's state-of-the-art ultra-low-noise 0.13µm pHEMT and 0.25µm E-pHEMT processes. These discrete devices allow customers full control when designing the circuits of low noise amplifiers (LNAs). The various discrete FETs offer NFmin as low as 0.15 dB and are usable up to 22 GHz. TQP3M High Linearity LNA Gain Block Amplifiers
Qorvo TQP3M series of High Linearity LNA Gain Block Amplifiers have the benefit of having high linearity and low noise figure to allow them to be used in both receiver and transmitter chains for high performance systems. These High Linearity LNA Gain Block Amplifiers are internally matched using a high performance E-pHEMT process and only requires an external RF choke and blocking/bypass capacitors for operation from a single 5V supply. The Qorvo TQP3M series also has an internal active bias circuit which enables stable operation over bias and temperature variations. Typical applications for these High Linearity LNA Gain Block Amplifiers include repeaters, mobile infrastructure, LTE/WCDMA/EDGE/CDMA and general purpose wireless.
