I've ordered 10uF 25v 1206 ceramic capacitors. They seem to be X7R really, at least they do not lose the capacitance when heated to 100 celsium. The funny thing is that initially the capacitors had capacitance of ~8uF, being heated to 100 celsium and cooled back, the capacitors turned into the required ~10uF range.
