Toshiba TB6560AFTG Motor Driver IC is a PWM Chopper-Type Bipolar device for stepping motor control. This single chip motor driver IC is designed for sinusoidal-input microstep control. TB6560AFTG provides forward and reverse driving using only a clock signal. Featuring low vibration and high performance, the Toshiba TB6560AFTG Motor Driver IC is suitable for applications which require 2-phase, 1-2-phase, 2W1-2-phase, and 4W1-2-phase excitation modes. TB6560 Stepping Motor Driver ICs
Toshiba TB6560 Stepping Motor Driver ICs are designed for sinusoidal input micro step control of stepping motors. These ICs are capable of forward and reverse driving of a two-phase bipolar stepping motor using only a clock signal. The TB6560 ICs are used in applications that require 2-phase, 1-2-phase, 2W1-2-phase, and 4W1-2-phase excitation modes. These motor driver ICs offer high output withstand voltage (40V) due to BiCD process. The ICs feature reset and enable pins.
