The regulators are mounted on a versatile 1.0mm x 1.0mm x 0.60mm SSON004R1010 package. The BUxxJA2MNVX-C Series have excellent noise and responsiveness characteristics despite low circuit current consumption of 35µA. The regulators are designed for various applications such as power supplies for radar and automotive cameras.

Automotive LDO Regulators & Voltage Trackers: ROHM Automotive LDO Regulators and Voltage Trackers are AEC-Q100 qualified and include general-purpose 3-terminal models featuring low-power consumption, high-current capability, and high-voltage resistance. These LDO regulators and voltage trackers also feature low quiescent current, space-saving high-efficiency, buck-boost automatic switching control, and low-voltage operation solutions. The automotive LDO regulators and voltage trackers operate at various supply voltage ranges and maximum output current, that varies between 0.07A to 1.5A. These LDO regulators offer different part types LDO, LDO with voltage tracker, LDO regulators with watch-dog timer, and voltage trackers only. The automotive LDO regulators and voltage trackers are ideally used in cellular phones, automotive devices, home electric appliances, consumer equipment, and industrial appliances.
