STMicroelectronics STM32F103xF / STM32F103xG XL-density STM32 Performance Line microcontrollers incorporate the high-performance ARM Cortex™-M3 32-bit RISC core operating at 72MHz, high-speed embedded memories (Flash memory up to 1MB and SRAM up to 96KB), and an extensive range of enhanced I/Os and peripherals connected to two APB buses.
