TClamp TVS Arrays protect sensitive components which are connected to data and transmission lines from overvoltage caused by ESD (electrostatic discharge), CDE (Cable Discharge Events), and lightning. These dual-channel transient voltage suppressors deliver protection while also presenting a minimal line-to-line capacitance. TClamp2512N & TClamp3312N
Semtech TClamp®2512N and TClamp®3312N Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) Arrays protect Ethernet and telecom interfaces against secondary surge and electrostatic discharge (ESD). The TVS arrays integrate low capacitance, surge-rated steering diodes with a high power TVS to provide up to 120A of lightning surge protection. These TransClamps feature low dynamic resistance, low capacitance, solid state silicon-avalanche technology, and a small SLP package to save board space. TClamp2512N and TClamp3312N are in a 10-pin SLP2626P10 package measuring 2.6 x 2.6 x 0.60mm dimensions.
