Qorvo TQP9113 1W Linear Amplifier is a bias adjustable surface mount package amplifier. This linear amplifier provides high-performance with +41dBm OIP3 and +30.6dBm P1dB while only consuming 215mA current. The input of this amplifier is internally matched and the amplifier only requires a few external components for operation. The frequency range of the 2-stage driver amplifier is from 1800MHz to 2700MHz offering 27.6dB gain. The TQP9113 1W 2-stage driver linear amplifier is available in a RoHS compliant 20-pin 4mm x 4mm QFN package.Learn More
