NCD57000 & NCD57001 High Current IGBT Drivers
ON Semiconductor NCD57000 and NCD57001 High Current IGBT Drivers are single channel IGBT Gate Drivers with internal galvanic isolation, designed for high system efficiency and reliability in high power applications. The NCD57000 and NCD57001 IGBT Drivers feature complementary inputs, open drain FAULT and Ready outputs, active Miller clamp, accurate UVLOs, DESAT protection, and soft turn-off at DESAT. Additionally, the NCD57000 IGBT Driver offers separate high and low (OUTH and OUTL) driver outputs for system design flexibility and convenience.
