S08 JM 8-bit MCUs
Freescale's S08 JM family of 8-bit microcontrollers have up to 60Kb of Flash memory, a full speed USB 2.0 device controller, and a 12-channel, 12-bit analog-to-digital converter. The devices feature up to 24MHz internal bus frequency offering 2.7V to 5.5V across temperature range of -40ºC to 85ºC. The MCUs have support for up to 32 peripheral interrupt/reset sources, allowing for exceptional software flexibility and optimization for real-time applications.
