All received thank you.I would like to point out a problem with the method of packing.The Boards were taped together with clear tape inside a padded shipping bag. This tape was impossible to remove without tearing the individual Static bags. All the Screens were detached from the Boards, due to being squashed together in the packing bag.I felt it necessary to test each Board due to the detached Screens.Fortunately, all Boards worked properly, I then got new Static Bags and re-packed them.I appreciate Couriers are less than careful with parcels they handle but I feel these Boards should be wrapped in Bubble Wrap and packed together in a Cardboard Box. ( as do other suppliers) My Customers expect a First Class Service and Product, unfortunately these five Boards fell well below that standard prior to my intervention.I will be re-ordering from yourselves and hope you take in some of the problems I have highlighted.Many thanks.
