NCV8161 Ultralow Noise, High PSRR LDO Regulators
ON Semiconductor NCV8161 Ultralow Noise and High PSRR LDO Regulators are capable of supplying a 450mA output current and are designed to meet RF and analog circuits requirements. The NCV8161 devices provide low noise, high PSRR, low quiescent current, and very good load/line transients. The devices are designed to work with a 1µF input and a 1µF output ceramic capacitor. The regulators are available in TSOP-5 and XDFN4 packages.
Ultra-High PSRR LDO Regulators
ON Semiconductor Ultra-High PSRR LDO Regulators include the NCV816X and NCP16x families of linear regulators. The regulators are capable of supplying a 250mA to 700mA current output current. The NCV816x and NCP16x meet RF and analog circuit requirements. They provide low noise, high PSRR, low quiescent current, and very good load/line transients. The devices work with a 1µF input and a 1µF output ceramic capacitor.
