I bought it on may 31, 12 days and received the goods. i bought it to replace the 4s-30a fee, got married-the balance does not work.I checked that fee. Protect all and balance work. properly charges and balances. Balancing starts at charge current less than 100ma. The correct charger at current less than 60ma the process of charge turns off, but then there is a continuation of balancing. More charged battery cells are discharged to the level of less charged batteries. On my copy, the process ends with a difference of 0,006-0,01 v. Therefore, battery elements before assembly it is desirable to charge to the same level, and battery elements should be the same in type, manufacturer, capacity, manufacturing time... (generally better if they are from one batch). Then the battery will last long and reliable.
