MPS2143 Synchronous Step Down Switcher
Monolithic Power Systems MPS2143 synchronous step down switcher is a monolithic step-down switch-mode converter with internal power MOSFETs. MPS2143 can deliver up to 3A of continuous current from a 2.5-5.5V input all with excellent load and line regulation. The output voltage can be regulated as low as 0.6V. Contant-on-time control provides fast transient response and eases loop stabilization. Fault-condition protections include cycle-by-cycle current limiting and thermal shutdown. Available in a small TSOT23-8 package, only a minimal number of standard components are needed.Learn More
