TS3021 High-Speed Comparators
STMicroelectronics TS3021 High-Speed Comparators feature high-speed response time with rail-to-rail inputs. These comparators operate over a wide -40°C to 125°C temperature range with a supply voltage specified from 2 to 5V. The TS3021 have a low 73μA current consumption with an excellent ratio of power consumption current versus response time. Push-pull outputs are also available and the TS3021 are housed in small SOT23-5 and SC70-5 packages. The TS3021 are qualified for automotive use and typical applications include telecom, instrumentation and signal conditioning.
