NCP5380 Series Single-Phase Synchronous Buck Integrated Driver Controller-QFN-32
PWM Buck Regulators
ON Semiconductor´s family of pin-compatible PWM buck regulators reduce input capacitance requirements by switching 180º out-of-phase at a frequency of 200kHz up to 2.2MHz. Switching frequency is adjustable by an external resistor and a unique built-in auto-tracking and sequencing feature allows exact timing and control over both outputs. Programmable options include sequential, ratio-metric, and tracking.
