Littelfuse LTKAK6 and LTKAK10 TVS Diodes feature 6KA and 10KA surge capability in an SMT package for superior clamping. These Littelfuse TVS diodes offer superior clamping characteristics over standard SAD technologies with Littelfuse Foldbak technology. The technology provides a clamping voltage that is lower than the avalanche voltage but above the rated working voltage. Any voltage rise due to increased current conduction is contained to a minimum, providing the best possible protection level. LTKAK6 and TLKAK10 can also be connected in series or parallel to create various capability and flexible protection solutions.
