Capacitors were lost by mail in the expanses of russia. Opened a dispute. The seller promised to send the capacitors again and asked to close the dispute. I agreed. I waited 10 days. The seller, in my sense, tried to delay the opening of a new dispute, so that the deadline for filing a claim, but, after the reopening of the dispute, the money returned itself.
