MAX11634-MAX11637 12-Bit, 300ksps ADCs
Maxim Integrated MAX11634-MAX11637 are serial 12-bit, 300ksps analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) with an internal reference and true differential track/hold. These Maxim Integrated 12-bit ADCs feature on-chip FIFO, scan mode, internal clock mode, internal averaging, and AutoShutdown™. The maximum sampling rate is 300ksps using an external clock. The Maxim Integrated MAX11636 / MAX11637 have 8 input channels while the MAX11634 / MAX11635 have 4 input channels. These Maxim Integrated devices operate from either a +3V supply or a +5V supply and contain a 10MHz SPI™-/QSPI™-/MICROWIRE™-compatible serial port. MAX11634-MAX11637 ADCs are specified over the extended -40°C to +85°C temperature range and are ideal for use in a variety of applications, including system supervision, data-acquisition systems, industrial control systems, and more.Learn More
