AEC-Q100 Qualified Op-Amps and Comparators
ROHM Semiconductor AEC-Q100 Qualified Op-Amps and Comparators include ground sense, low power/low noise, high speed, and dual supply voltage types of op-amps and comparators. These devices integrate two or four op-amps or comparators into a single IC. The AEC-Q100 Qualified op-amps and comparators operate at wide temperature ranges of -40ºC to 105ºC and -40ºC to 125ºC. These op-amps and comparators offer single and single/dual supply voltage variants. Typical applications include car navigation system, car audio, engine control unit, and other automotive applications.
Analog Comparators
ROHM Semiconductor Analog Comparators offer a variety of features and ranges. The Analog Comparators feature choices of output types including open-collector, push-pull, and open-drain. The Comparators provide 1-, 2- or 4-channels, and a power supply range of 18.V to 36V. The devices have a wide variety of packages including SOP14, SSOP-B14, MSOP8, and HVSOF5. Additionally, the Comparators have an operating temperature range of -40 to 125°C. The Analog Comparators have a wide array of features designed to meet a variety of needs.
