SxX8BBS 600V SOT23 Packaged SCR
Littelfuse SxX8BBS EV Sensitive SCR offers 600VDRM and 0.8A IT(RMS) capability in a small SOT23 package. The SxX8BBS provides a sensitive gate for direct microprocessor interface and high dv/dt noise immunity. The junctions on this discrete thyristor are glass-passivated to ensure long-term reliability and parametric stability. The SxX8BBS is specifically designed for GFCI (Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter) applications.
