STMicroelectronics ESDCAN0x Automotive Dual-Line Transil™ Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) Diodes are specifically designed for the protection of the automotive CAN bus lines against Electro-Static Discharge (ESD). These TVS diodes come with improved parameters which make them compliant with all the key automotive interfaces including CAN-FD, LIN, FlexRay, MOST, SEMT, and USB. The ESDCAN0x diodes feature stand-off voltage compatible with jump start and truck battery, bidirectional device, 250W maximum pulse power, low clamping factor, and low leakage current.
