LTC2875 High Speed CAN Transceivers
Linear Technology/Analog Devices LTC2875 High Speed CAN Transceivers are high speed with low power and operate on 3.3V or 5V supplies. The LTC2875 features ±60V overvoltage fault protection on the data transmission lines during all modes of operation, including power-down. The transceivers have a maximum data rate that can be extended to 4Mbps to support high speed protocols based on the CAN physical layer. The LTC2875 can withstand ±25kV HBM on the transceiver interface pins without latchup or damage, thanks to enhanced ESD protection.
