V40DL45-M3/I Schottky Barrier Rectifier
Vishay Semiconductors V40DL45-M3/I Schottky Barrier Rectifier is a low-voltage trench MOS rectifier. This rectifier features low forward voltage drop and low power loss with high operational efficiency. The moisture sensitivity is level 1 as per J-STD-020 with LF maximum peak of 260ºC. The V40DL45-M3/I rectifier is AEC-Q101 qualified and is ideal for automated placement. Applications include high-frequency DC/DC converters, switching power supplies, freewheeling diodes, OR-ing diode, and reverse battery protection.
eSMP® SMPD Schottky Rectifiers
Vishay Semiconductor eSMP® SMPD Schottky Rectifiers offer 45V-200V devices with current rating 10A-60A. The SMPD rectifiers provide a 0.4V low forward voltage drop at 15A. These Schottky rectifiers offer a low-profile surface-mount package with a typical height of <1.7mm. The SMPD (TO-263AC) package is compatible with the D2PAK (TO-263AB) package. These Schottky rectifiers are AEC-Q101 qualified, RoHS compliant, and halogen-free devices. Applications include high-frequency DC/DC converters, OR-ing diodes, and automotive applications.
