Did receive HD74HCT125P ICs. As far as I can tell, these are just from a different manufacturer, but otherwise behave just like all 74HCT125 series ICs. Only noting this, in case someone needs a very specific part/vendor.Doesn't matter for my use case of level shifting between 3.3 and 5 Volts, to drive older WS2811 NeoPixels.
