    I have this regulator connected to my solar panel, I set it up so it changes the voltage from 20V to 12V and powers an 15W air compressor. So far so good. There is only one drawback, right from the box it didn't work, I couldnt get the voltage high enough. Problem was in the third trimmer (low voltage cutoff) which was set too high. After I set it much lower the module started to work correctly.
