The LTM4676A is a dual 13A or single 26A step-down µModule® (micromodule) DC/DC regulator with 40ms turn-on time. It features remote configurability and telemetry-monitoring of power management parameters over PMBus— an open standard I2C-based digital interface protocol . The LTM4676A is comprised of fast analog control loops, precision mixed-signal circuitry, EEPROM, power MOSFETs, inductors and supporting components. The LTM4676A’s 2-wire serial interface allows outputs to be margined, tuned and ramped up and down at programmable slew rates with sequencing delay times. Input and output currents and voltages, output power, temperatures, uptime and peak values are readable. At start-up, output voltages, switching frequency, and channel phase angle assignments can be set by pin-strapping resistors. The LTpowerPlay™ GUI and DC1613 USB-to-PMBus converter and demo kits are available. The LTM4676A is pin-compatible and the improved performance version of the LTM4676. Analog Devices µModule® Power Products are system-in-package (SiP) power management solutions with integrated DC/DC controllers, inductors, power transistors, compensation components, input and output capacitors. The devices are housed in compact, surface mount BGA or LGA packages. µModule power products support functions like Step-Down (buck), Step-Up (boost), Step-Down and Step-Up (buck-boost), Battery Charger, Isolated Converter, and LED driver.
LTM46xx µModule Regulators
Analog Devices LTM46xx µModule Regulators are system-in-package (SiP) power management solutions with integrated DC-DC controllers, inductors, power transistors, compensation components, input and output capacitors in a compact, surface-mount BGA or LGA package. The LTM46xx µModule Regulators support functions such as Step-Down (buck), Step-Up (boost), and Step-Down and Step-Up (buck-boost), and are available with a wide range of features. Select products are low-EMI solution compliant with EN55022 class B standards, CISPR 22 (Class B) & CISPR 25 (Class 5). The compact and highly integrated design of the µModule power products addresses time and space constraints while delivering highly reliable and efficient performance. 
LTM467x/LTM468x μModule Regulators
Linear Technology/Analog Devices LTM467x/LTM468x μModule Regulators with Digital Power System Management have telemetry-monitoring of power management parameters over PMBus. This is an open standard I2C-based digital interface protocol. The devices also offer remote configurability. The LTM467x/LTM468x series consist of precision mixed-signal circuitry, EEPROM, power MOSFETs, fast analog control loops, inductors, and supporting components. Outputs are margined, tuned and ramped up and down at programmable slew rates with sequencing delay times with the LTM467x/LTM468x 2-wire serial interface.
