P-0ECMCL SIDACtor Protection Thyristors
Littelfuse P-0ECMCL Broadband Optimized SIDACtor® Protection Thyristors are designed to protect broadband CPE equipment such as VoIP and DSL modems from damaging overvoltage transients. The low capacitance thyristors provide a through-hole solution that enables CPE equipment to comply with global regulatory standards while limiting the impact to broadband signals. Surge capability does not degrade after multiple surge events within limit. The TO-92 packaged thyristors feature low voltage overshoot, low on-state voltage, and fails short circuit when surged in excess of ratings. The components are RoHS compliant.
