Low-Power High Accuracy Operational Amplifiers
STMicroelectronics Precision Operational Amplifiers offer features ranging from micropower consumption, to zero-drift, rail-to-rail, low-voltage offset, high voltage and low input bias current. STMicroelectronics strengths in this area include the largest micropower op amp portfolio in the market, with consumption as low as 2 µA; reliable high volume supplier of both standard and high-performance op amps; space-saving packages, such as DFN, QFN, SOT-23 and SC-70; and guaranteed specified min/max electrical performances. Ideal applications include sensor signal conditioning, battery operated devices, medical instrumentation, power applications, AFE for high voltage sensors, computers, and tablets.
Standard Products

Low Power Op Amps

These include better accuracy, a standby feature and small packages.
Operational Amplifiers (Op Amps)
STMicroelectronics Operational Amplifiers (Op Amps) portfolio consists of high-performance, low-power, precision op amps housed in tiny packages. This micropower op amp portfolio features consumption as low as 2µA with standard and high-performance op amps. The portfolio is made of space-saving packages, like DFN, QFN, SOT-23 and SC-70.
Precision Op Amps
STMicroelectronics Precision Op Amps (<50 MHz) feature micropower consumption, zero-drift, rail-to-rail, low-voltage offset, high voltage and low input bias current. This micropower op amp portfolio has consumption as low as 2µA with space-saving packages like DFN, QFN, SOT-23 and SC-70. Rail-to-rail input and output functions, associated with an extended power supply range from 2.7V to 16V, allows the devices to be used on a wide range of applications.
TSU10x Nanopower Operational Amplifiers
STMicroelectronics TSU10x Nanopower Operational Amplifiers offer an ultralow-power consumption combined with a supply voltage range of 1.5V to 5.5V. These features allow the TSU101, TSU102, and TSU104 to be efficiently supplied by a coin type Lithium battery or a regulated voltage in low-power applications. The gain bandwidth of these devices make them ideal for sensor signal conditioning, battery supplied, and portable applications.
