Silego Technology SLG5NT1533V Fast Turn On 2.5A Load Switch
Silego Technology SLG5NT1533V Fast Turn On 2.5A Load Switch is for fast On/Off power rail switching with big cap loading for mobile and portable applications. The SLG5NT1533V has a low RDSON and is housed in an ultra-small STDFN 8L package. The package has two fused pins for drain and two for source. The 20mΩ SLG5NT1533V has a configurable slew rate control and logic level ON pin capable of supporting 0.85V CMOS logic. Internal circuit limits max inrush current to prevent device damage.Learn More
