The Freescale MC9S08SE extends the advantages of the HCS08 core and peripherals to 5V applications and offers a range of cost-effective, higher-pin-count device options, including a 20 MHz MCU version for entry-level products.The Freescale MC9SO8SE offers 8K Flash and 512 RAM and is ideal for a wide range of general-purpose consumer and industrial applications.
