MAX6070/71 Voltage References
Maxim Integrated MAX6070 / MAX6071 Voltage References are the highest performance SOT23 voltage references with 6ppm/°C maximum temperature coefficient. These compact low-noise, high-performance devices feature low-drift and low-noise specifications that enable enhanced system accuracy, making these devices ideal for high precision industrial applications. MAX6070 offers a noise filter option for wideband applications. MAX6070 / MAX6071 provides output voltages of 1.25V, 1.8V, 2.048V, 2.5V, 3.0V, 3.3V, 4.096V, and 5.0V. The devices are specified over the extended industrial temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. These devices are ideal for use in high-accuracy industrial and process control applications as well as high-resolution analog-to-digital converters and digital-to-analog converters.
