VOW Family Optocouplers and IGBT/MOSFET Driver
Vishay VOW Family Optocouplers and IGBT/MOSFET Driver consist of a GaIAIs infrared emitting diode, optically coupled with an integrated photo detector. An integral Faraday shield provides a high level of noise isolation, required by high power switching applications. The VOW Family optocouplers are designed for welding equipment, motor drivers, solar inverters, and more.
VOW135 & VOW136 Optocoupler
Vishay Semiconductors VOW135 & VOW136 Optocoupler are 1MBd widebody optocouplers consisting of a GaAIAs infrared emitting diode, optically coupled with an integrated photo detector. An integral Faraday shield provides a high level of noise isolation as required by high power switching applications. Vishay's 1MBd wide body couplers feature a high level of isolation distance. The VOW135 and VOW 136 exhibit an external creepage distance of >10mm. These parts are ideal for applications with working voltages exceeding 1000V.
