    Product price and quality from what looks very nice 21 days came Istanbul will get friends to tell me I bought it as step up circuit but then I noticed it was step down but I did not cancel the order came so give 12 volts and 1.2 you could drop to v a but it's up to 11.5 Volts so you can give the maximum value and get the lower values comfortable with 0.5 losses
