Cypress Semiconductor CY15B256J-SXA F-RAM is a 256kB non volatile memory that uses an advanced ferroelectric process. F-RAM performs, reads, and writes similar to a RAM and also provides reliable data retention for 151 years. CY15B256J-SXA provides substantial benefits to users of serial EEPROM as a hardware drop-in replacement. CY15B256J-SXA has an operating voltage of 2V to 3.6V and an operating temperature of -40C to +85C. CY15B256J-SXA is also capable of supporting 100 million times more write cycles than EEPROM.
