STK681-360-E Forward/Reverse DC Motor Driver
ON Semiconductor STK681-360-E Forward/Reverse DC Motor Driver is a hybrid IC for use with PWM current control. STK681-360-E is controlled by an external PWM signal to deliver forward, reverse, and brake operations. It allows a 5.8A peak startup current, and 8A peak brake output current. It supports constant-current control and removed the need to design for the dead time in order to turn off the upper- and lower drive devices when switching between the forward and reverse operation mode.Learn More
