The SM8SF-Q Diode is designed to provide overvoltage protection for sensitive electronics and meets ISO7637-2 and ISO16750-2 requirements. Bourns SM8SF-Q Transient Voltage Suppressor Diode is ideal for high-peak power applications, load switching and lighting, and high-temperature applications. 
SM8S-Q Transient Voltage Suppressor Diode
Bourns SM8S-Q Transient Voltage Suppressor Diode features a 16 to 43V voltage range and a 6600W maximum peak power dissipation rating. The SM8S-Q Diode series offers a typical fast response time of less than 1.0 picosecond from 0V to breakdown voltage. Bourns SM8S-Q Transient Voltage Suppressor Diode is ideal for high peak power applications, load switching and lighting, and high temperature applications.
