Device worked as described. My Chuwi Hi10 Pro survived from bricked state. Package was safe and delivery was fast. I wish I could find 1.8 V converter that works along with this programmer in single store.Other than that; Turkey customs rules has changed in the past months. They check each little parcel and charge about 11.50 TL (~$2). I had to pay this also.Therefore it is necessary to define the item in the parcel clearly. Writing "IC" on parcel is not quite enough, "Electronics kit" or "Integrated Circuit" should be appropriate. Also you have to clearly state the price of the item as US Dolars, "NTD 18.64" as value doesn't mean anything even to me...Also you (aliexpress) should find a way to gather all the parcels to be one package so we don't need to pay 2 more dolars for each one. Otherwise it is reasonable to expect a very sharp decrease in your sales to Turkiye.
