Automotive LED Drivers
ROHM Automotive LED Drivers are AEC-Q100 qualified automotive grade ICs. These are available as a broad lineup of step-up (Boost), Buck-Boost (DC/AC), and constant current/serial-in parallel-out LED driver variants optimized for requirements of the designers. The automotive LED drivers operate from -40°C up to 125°C temperature range. The applications include automotive LED exterior lighting (rear lamp, turn Lamp, DRL/position lamp, and fog lamp), LED interior lighting, camera flashes, instrument-backlighting, and LED status indicators.
