High Gain Blocks
Broadcom High Gain Blocks are high linearity and low current consumption broadband gain blocks or driver amplifier MMICs. The broadband gain feature works for various bands of cellular infrastructure that use the same driver amplifier or gain block for different frequencies and provides a common PCB design when used at different frequencies, therefore simplifying the PCB layout design. The built-in temperature compensated internal bias circuit also provides stable current over temperature and process threshold voltage variation. AVT-54689/AVT-55689 and MGA-31589 are housed in the industry standard SOT-89 package, offering the convenience of drop-in replacement. Broadcom High Gain Blocks are also suitable for broadband applications such as CATV, Satellite TV or MOCA set top box, cellular (LTE, GSM, CDMA, WCDMA, CDMA2000 & TD-SCDMA) and WiMAX wireless base station, and other wireless systems within their respective frequency ranges.
InGaP HBT Amplifiers
Skyworks InGaP HBT Amplifiers are high-performance RF amplifiers in a miniature SOT-89 package. The frequency of these Skyworks amplifiers ranges from 100MHz to 2.7GHz and the gain ranges from 12.5dB to 20dB. These Skyworks devices allow users to achieve cost-effective, small form-factor solutions for base stations, enterprise consumer premises equipment (CPEs), and low-cost mobile/portable subscriber equipment.
