ON Semiconductor NCP177 Linear Voltage Regulators provide up to 0.5A of load current and maintain excellent output voltage accuracy of 0.8% at 25ºC. The operating input voltage ranges from 1.6V to 5.5V making these devices suitable for Li−ion battery powered products and post-regulation applications. The NCP177 are available in several fixed output voltage options and others are possible on request in range from 0.7V to 3.6V. NCP177 are fully protected against overheating and output short circuit. Small 4-pin XDFN6 1x1mm packages make these devices especially suitable for space constrained applications.Learn More
