The TLV707 series (TLV707 and TLV707P) of low-dropout linear regulators (LDOs) are low quiescent current devices with excellent line and load transient performance for power-sensitive applications. These devices provide a typical accuracy of 0.5%. All versions have thermal shutdown and overcurrent protection for safety.

Furthermore, these devices are stable with an effective output capacitance of only 0.1 µF. This feature enables the use of cost-effective capacitors that have higher bias voltages and temperature derating. These devices also regulate to the specified accuracy with no output load.

TLV707/TLV707P LDO Regulators
OMO Electronic TLV707/TLV707P 200mA Low-Iq Low-Noise Low-Dropout (LDO) Regulators are ideal for portable devices, handheld and power-sensitive applications. The device offers low quiescent current with exceptional line and load transient performance. Both the TLV707 and the TLV707P provide safety features including thermal shutdown and overcurrent protection. Additionally, stability is achieved with an effective output capacitance of 0.1µF and a typical accuracy of 0.5% with no output load. The output capacitance enables the use of cost-effective capacitors that have higher bias voltages and temperature derating. The outputs are quickly discharged via an active pulldown circuit.
