    Good controler but fake mosfet ru3060L, frying 2 mosfet with laptop 19V 3.5A supply without open fuse 15A...Changing mosfet and it's working again.RU3060L is sized to accept 50A continous but frying with 3.5A shortcircuit protected laptop supply ;)Mppt solar effiency is really bad, maybe capacitor on input PV have high ESR so efficiency is lower than connect directly solar pannel to battery without mppt

BD48xxx and BD49xxx Voltage Detector ICs
ROHM Semiconductor BD48xxx and BD49xxx voltage detector ICs are designed as highly accurate, low current consumption voltage detector ICs. The BD48xxx voltage detector ICs provide N-channel open drain output while the BD49xxx series provides CMOS output. The BD48xxx and BD49xxx series offer detection voltages ranging from 2.3V to 6.0V in increments of 0.1V. Operating from a temperature range -40°C to +105°C, BD48xxx and BD49xxx voltage detector ICs provide a highly accurate voltage detection to ±1.0% and ultra-low current consumption of 0.9μA (typical). Available in very small, low height packages, the BD48xxx and BD49xxx series are ideal for circuits using microcontrollers or logic circuits that require a reset.
