Silicon Labs CP21xx Smart Interface ICs leverage Silicon Labs' world-class mixed-signal design expertise to provide a family of high-performance interface devices that enable designers to differentiate their products and speed time-to-market. These mixed-signal IC products span different technologies and standards to enable quick and effective communication between two devices or functionalities. These devices include USB to UART bridges, ISB to I2S digital audio bridges, HID USB to SMBus/I2C bridges, and SPI to I2C bridge with GPIO port expanders, and USB to SPI bridges.
CP2112 HID USB to SMBus Master Bridges
Silicon Labs CP2112 HID USB to SMBus Master Bridges are designed to provide a simple solution for adding USB using a minimum of components and PCB space. These master bridges feature simple GUI-based configurator, integrated USB transceiver, integrated clock, and 8 GPIOs with configurable options. The CP2112 master bridges are available in a compact 4mm x 4mm QFN-24 package. These master bridges use the GUI-based configurator to select all customization and configuration options. Typical applications include USB dongles, POS products, medical meters, handheld controllers, and data loggers.
